Event Details

In the past, we have had "Culture Lunches" which were open to any church leaders hungry for more of God. These will not be continuing in that format but, we wanted to stay connected with the churches that were in relationship TOGETHER.

So, to that end, we have arranged our first time TOGETHER which I have just called "TOGETHER" so we have a way of referencing it.

On this occasion, the 24th January, we have the amazing privilege of having Anthony Hilder with us for the day. Anthony is a friend of mine and has just returned from 5 years at Bethel Church in Redding, California where he was the COO for Global Legacy working with Paul Manwaring.

Amongst Anthony's duties at Bethel was helping churches, their leadership and their wider teams to achieve their goals and so I thought it an amazing opportunity for him to come and help us as I know KCH for one, need help and guidance in how to do this better.

Anthony is originally from England. His wife is Scottish, his daughter is American, and his soon-to-arrive son will be British. He has worked for over twenty years in business and church leadership roles and spent six years in the corporate banking arm of one of the UK’s major banks.

For four years, Anthony was in local church leadership & pastoral ministry roles with two Newfrontiers churches, where he studied on theological and biblical training programmes.

He also has a Diploma in Life Coaching, the skills of which I’ve used in professional and personal settings for over ten years. Anthony graduated the three-year Bethel School of Ministry program. The third year was an internship, where he was chosen to be mentored by Paul Manwaring, a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Bethel Church, Redding.

After his internship, he was hired by Bethel and spent three years as C.O.O. and Associate Pastor of Global Legacy, Bethel’s apostolic network.  There his role involved strategic, operational, training and church coaching oversight.

Additionally, Anthony was part of the Bethel Ministry School teaching team, where I mentored and taught Bible, theology and leadership skills to first, second and third-year students.

I would encourage you to listen to this 2 min video from Paul Manwaring:
