Course Objectives

Aimed at: New or aspiring Team Leaders; Existing Team Leaders with no formal training; First-time Manager.

Day one gives you the knowledge and skills all managers need at whatever level. You learn more about yourself and others and the importance of getting the balance right between what you need and what the team needs as well as learning how you can get the best from your team by understanding more about managing behaviors.

Day two goes into specific key skills you will need as a Team Leader. We focus on communication skills including how to have difficult conversations and how to deal with conflict. We also learn the best way to manage your team’s performance, so all expectations are met.
