6.00 pm for 6.30 pm start
Workshop 3 of 4 in a series
This is the third workshop in a four-session programme to develop local business team leaders in 'first step' leadership skills such as:
- Forming an effective team
- Resolving conflict
- Managing tasks, people and groups
The workshop will be interactive, with participants working in a safe learning and development environment. The four events will all link together over a four-month period to ensure continuity of training delivery.
Maximum benefit from the programme will be derived from attending all four workshops. That said, this is not essential, with each workshop standing alone in terms of content.
In addition to the facilitators, local CIPD Committee Members will be available to provide support and advice to participants with their continuing professional development and training plans, as required.
Please book separately to attend all or a selection of the four workshops in the programme. Workshop 4 is taking place on Weds 22nd Feb 17.
Dan Hooley-Jones works in the Charity sector. He is a psychology graduate and a student of Human Resources.
Fiona Taylor Scott is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a MSc in Human Resource Management. A former HR Instructor at Wiltshire College for many years of Level 5 CIPD students, Fiona has a unique ability to impart quality information to any level of audience on HR subject matter. Fiona runs her own business as an organisation and development consultant providing support, development and learning opportunities for local businesses and charitable organisations.
Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
