We will understand the importance of a smooth team dynamic, the role of the leader and we will look into how to lead former peers. Then we will touch upon conflict resolution, how to manage remote and hybrid teams and how to deal with their specific dynamics. Lastly, we will look into some examples of great team dynamics.
Decision-Making
First, we will see the difference between tactical and strategic decisions, and then we will look into different ways to make accurate, objective and impactful decisions. Lastly, we will analyse different common error sources.
Problem-Solving
We will deep dive into the steps to follow in problem-solving when you are a leader, the most common obstacles and we will look into problem-solving techniques that have been proven to be extremely efficient (like design thinking, brainstorming or divergent thinking exercises).
