A: Not at all! Full training will be provided on the day, before the event.

A: Each team can have up to 17 members (including paddlers and a drummer).

A: Yes. Each rower will raise funds for CAP Foundation’s Orphan Village campaign.

A: The full-day event runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Fairlop Waters Country Park.

A: The event takes place at Fairlop Waters Country Park, Forest Road, Barkingside, Ilford, IG6 3HN. It’s easily accessible via the M25 and A12, and a short walk from Fairlop and Barkingside stations on the Central Line. ￼ ￼

Q: Is parking available at the venue?

A: Yes, on-site parking is available at Fairlop Waters Country Park. Parking fees are as follows:
	•	Up to 1 hour: £1.50
	•	2 hours: £2.60
	•	All day: £5.50 ￼
