Courageous Conversations is a practical introduction to the Teams in Flow programme, exploring how to build successful cultures built on openness, empathy and integrity.
Over half-a-day, via a series of activities, discussions and challenges we'll explore:
how to manage the communication dynamic of you, them and it
how to remove the difficult from difficult conversations
how to establish and maintain the parameters for trust
how to act on the courage of your convictions, with empathy
how to integrate and sustain new approaches
