Though each individual herb has its own unique properties and benefits, homegrown tea has some common benefits that you will enjoy. Join us for a morning devoted entirely to the art of making garden herbal teas. During the workshop you will learn how to cultivate and harvest the best crops for tea making and learn how to craft your home-made brews using organically grown herbs and flowers to create tasty tisanes packed with healthy antioxidants and flavour.
All materials will be provided, and you will be given the opportunity to taste the teas made during the class.
