Tech Giveaway Day - Excel London.

Our community Tech Giveaway Event is designed to help Newham families who do not have a computer at home. For a small contribution, you can collect a full refurbished computer kit to support your child’s schoolwork, learning and wellbeing. Our goal is to make sure every family has the technology they need to take part in modern life and to help children who are falling behind simply because they do not have a device at home.

On the day, you can expect friendly volunteers to guide you, explain the equipment, and answer any questions. Each computer is professionally refurbished and ready to use, with everything a family needs to get started. Support will also be available for anyone who finds technology challenging.

Alongside collecting a device, parents will receive helpful advice on online safety. We will talk about the risks children can face online and share simple steps you can take to protect them. Families can take home free resources created by our Safe and Smart Online programme.

This event is first come, first served and limited to one kit per family. The contribution you give helps us run future events and reach more families who need help getting connected.

Our aim is simple. We want every child to have the chance to learn, complete homework, stay safe online and take part in the digital world with confidence.
