What do you get?
Each exhibitor purchasing a standard stand space will receive an area 2m x 2m with table, two chairs and access to a power socket. Premium stands are available at £350 + VAT suitable for a 3m X 2m banner stand.
We encourage businesses to bring banner stands, signage and any collateral they have to maximise their visibility at the event. There are a maximum of 70 stand spaces available.
In addition once you secure your exhibition space your logo will be added to the event page, included in marketing literature and PR before and after the event.

£150 + VAT for an SME/Training Provider (classed as a business with fewer than 250 employees)
£250 +VAT for an Enterprise/Recruitment organisation (classed as a business with more than 250 employees)

Getting to the Sunderland Software Centre:
Road - The A690 travels southwest out of the city to the A19 and continues on to Durham providing a link between the A1 (M) and A19. Click Here for information on city centre car parks that you can use during your visit.
Rail - Sunderland train station is situated 350m away and is also located in the city centre. There are very good rail connections with London Kings Cross via the Grand Central service - the journey from London Kings Cross to Sunderland takes roughly 3 hours 30 mins.
Metro - The Metro rail network offers fast, efficient travel around the North East region, linking Newcastle International Airport with Sunderland, Newcastle, South Shields and North Shields. The closest metro station to Sunderland Software City can be found at Sunderland train station.
Bus - The bus provision for the site is extensive given the site's proximity to Sunderland City Centre.
