The development and installation of new build onshore CO2 transportation pipelines can take a considerable time – especially in congested areas; and there will be sites for which CO2 pipelines are not feasible or economic. Road and rail transportation of CO2 may offer a flexible alternative to allow CO2 transportation in absence of pipeline infrastructure
Join Matt and Ewan who will present an overview of a recent study which explored the use of available technology to allow carbon capture and storage (CCS) to be applied to facilities that do not have a pipeline link to a CCS hub or cluster.
