TechCrunch is heading out to India (Bangalore and Delhi) to meet with tech companies. We haven't had time to put together a very formal event, but do want to open the doors to startups and entrepreneurs, so to that end we'll be throwing together a Meetup in a bar in Bangalore on Tuesday.
