Technicians - Maintaining your prep room
This course is presented over x2 1.5 hour sessions.
First session Tuesday 7th October 2025 at 1.00pm
Second session Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 1.00pm
There will be gap tasks to do between sessions.
Topics to be covered in this training
- arrange your prep room to be manageable in an order that is safe and time efficient
- organise time management of technicians working in the prep room
- look at different practical requisitions or booking forms
- successfully record inventories and equipment
- ensure you have the documentation you need in the prep room to help you work safely This course is directed at new technicians but all technicians are welcome to share their expertise to the group and to recap on their working practices.
The facilitator for this event is Jackie Merritt a senior technician for over 20 years.
