Our "Technique for Belly Dance" class is open to women, female self-identifying non-binary and trans people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience in dance, you're welcome to join us and explore the enchanting world of belly dance.

No prior experience is necessary! Our class caters to everyone, including those who are completely new to belly dancing. We will guide you through the basics and help you build a strong foundation in belly dance technique.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Many participants prefer to wear leggings or yoga pants paired with a fitted top. Feel free to accessorize with a hip scarf or coin belt to enhance the experience.

The only thing you need to bring is yourself and a positive attitude! If you have a hip scarf or coin belt, feel free to bring it along, but it's not required.
