Have you ever wondered how mobile apps are created? Interested in signing on for the Technovation 2017 challenge for girls of ages 10 - 18 to stand the chance of winning $ 20,000 funding for your mobile apps.


This is your chance. Register now to save your space for the 8 sessions of training and mentoring in Lagos kicking off on Monday 19th December 2016.


This series of workshop prepares girls of ages 10 – 18 interested in taking part in the technovation 2017 challenge

  • Addressing the Intangibles:
  • Recruiting
  • Scheduling
  • Device information
  • Working with mentors
  • Motivation & workload
  • Teaching brainstorming / ideation
  • Overview of the MIT App Inventor
  • Overview of the business planning
  • Pitching 101
  • Preparing for the Showcase and further competition

The class will be taught by an experienced Technovation mentor and regional ambassador Pamela Chukwuemeka, a Computing educator and a Microsoft Authorized Education Partner.
