What is it?

The Techscaler Showcase will shine a spotlight on the latest successes within the Techscaler community, including some of those who have recently completed Catalyst, Techscaler's flagship accelerator programme, as well as those returning from Silicon Valley as part of Techscaler's international programme. The event is designed to demonstrate the value Techscaler brings to founders, alumni, partners, and the wider startup community.

What can I expect?

The event will feature startup pitches, including participants from Techscaler's flagship acclerator, Catalyst, alongside panel discussions on AI and insights from Scottish founders scaling globally, sharing key lessons and takeaways from trips to Silicon Valley. We’ll also host fireside chats exploring the founder-investor relationship, plus plenty of opportunities for audience interaction, networking, and lunch.

There will be plenty of comfort breaks and time to network, ask questions, and connect with fellow attendees and founders throughout the day.

Who will be there?

This event is open to everyone, and we welcome anyone involved in Scotland’s tech and startup ecosystem to join us for the day. Attendees will include participants and alumni from our programmes, key figures from the tech ecosystem, representatives from the Scottish Government, as well as CodeBase partners, staff, mentors, and our Entrepreneurs in Residence.

Where and when is this taking place?

The Techscaler Showcase is taking place at the Barclays Campus, Glasgow on Tuesday 9th December, 10am - 3pm.

What is Techscaler Catalyst?

Techscaler Catalyst is an intensive 10-week accelerator, delivered by founders and industry experts.

Catalyst is for early stage tech founders of all ambitions, looking to make progress and accelerate through the phases of building an early stage tech startup.
Founders participating will access leading playbooks and pre-read materials, get hands-on in the problem space, build a prototype, launch it to potential customers for feedback, and make actionable progress on growth and investment strategies. This course isn’t about figuring out what to do next; it’s about building your company every week.

Registration

We ask everyone to sign up individually, so we can have an estimate of how many people are attending. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!

What is Techscaler?

Techscaler is a Scottish Government funded programme, delivered by CodeBase, and offers tailored support for everyone in Scotland who wants to build a startup, whether they are considering a career in startups or are developing, building and scaling an idea.

We offer Community and Member access to world-class education, a peer-led online and offline community, and flexible workspaces.

Techscaler membership is for any prospective or current startup founder, startup employees, or more broadly anyone who is involved in the Scottish tech ecosystem. Membership offers tailored support depending on your goals. When someone applies to become a Techscaler member, our team can direct applicants to the most suitable Techscaler support.
