Join us for a drop in session about the controversial topic: cold callers!

TechTogether is a project at Bell House providing technical support and guidance to anyone who may need it. The workshops will be led by the friendly and patient Bell House volunteers: Liam, Georgia, Benjamin, Lucy, Philip, John, Katherine, Johnny and Ben!This session will be run by Lucy who has years of experience working for a national telecommunications company. Lucy is sometimes the one making “cold calls” and gives an interesting insight into this topic. The session will cover:<ul><li>What is a cold call?</li><li>Who are cold callers?</li><li>Are they scams?</li><li>Are they good or bad?</li><li>How to manage cold callers.</li></ul>The session will be delivered using Zoom. Before the session we will send you a guide on how to install Zoom on your PC, laptop or handheld devices (like iPad&#x27;s or smartphones). All skill levels are welcome, including absolute beginners! Feel free to do the workshop with a friend or family member, within the current Covid-19 Government Guidelines.If you have any questions please contact emily@bellhouse.co.uk
