A free, family-friendly afternoon! Bring your teddy bear for a thrilling basket zip-wire ride from the top of St Giles Church Cripplegate to the terrace below, a special treat just for teddies.

Enjoy live Klezmer music, face painting, and a creative crafts table too.

For the safety and well-being of all attendees, we require that children remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

The Teddy Bears' Picnic is a family event for children accompanied by a parent or guardian

Do I have to book in advance?

No you can simply turn up between 2.30-5 on Sunday September 14th, but it would be helpful to the organisers for planning purposes to know if you are coming!

Can I go on the zip wire?

This is a treat for Teddy's only and they'll travel down the zip wire from the top of the church tower in a special teddy-sized basket, ready for you to welcome and collect them on St Giles Terrace.

Whats Klezmer music?

It's a traditional form of Jewish instrumental music that originated with the Ashkenazi Jews of Eastern Europe. It was originally played at joyful celebrations, especially weddings
