Tickets for the live event have now sold out. However, please note that we do have space left in our offical Simulcast event which is a live HD broadcast with extra guests and food and drink. Tickets are £15 and available here:

Types of ticket
1. The main TEDx event with all the speakers will take place in the QEII centre from approximately 11.30am - 7pm. To attend this part of the day you will need a Day Ticket (£60)
2. If you would like to also attend the evening reception in The Houses of Parliament which follows on from the main event, you will need a Day and Evening Ticket (£85). There is an additional cost in order to attend the evening reception to pay for refreshments. Due to space limitations there are only a limited number of Evening Tickets available.
3. Limited Student Tickets (£35), are available at a discount but are only for access to the day in order to keep the cost down.
4. Simulcast Tickets (£15) The Education Foundation and Hub Westminster are jointly hosting the official TEDxHoP simulcast event. Based at London's Super Studio for the New Economy in the centre of London it will be an interactive day including live broadcast of all of the main sessions plus special guests, mini panel discussions from TEDx speakers and thought leaders from across the sector who are 'rebooting democracy' www.ednfoundation.org & http://westminster.the-hub.net/.
Please note these tickets are valid for entry to the Simulcast at The Hub only and not for admission to the live TEDx event.

Refreshments
Attendees for the day will receive light refreshments (tea, coffee, juice and biscuits) before the event starts and during the breaks. Please note, in order to keep costs down we will not be serving lunch prior to the event starting. Attendees for the evening reception will be served canapés and a welcome drink. There will be a cash only bar available during the reception.
TEDxHousesofParliament is a not for profit initiative. All the income from tickets goes towards the cost of putting on the event.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1. Tickets in general cannot be refunded except on the cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
1.1a In the event that TEDxHousesofParliament is oversubscribed, if you would like a refund we will attempt to sell your ticket to people on the waiting list. This will be available as an option up until the day before the event. If no one wishes to buy your ticket we cannot refund it.
1.2 A change of speakers shall not constitute a substantial alteration. We will try our best to replace cancelled speakers with replacement speakers of equal stature although we may not be able to guarantee this.
1.3. If you have selected student tickets you must bring with you proof of concession.
1.4. TEDxHousesofParliament reserves the right to refuse admission to the venues of QEII and Palace of Westminster.
1.5. Tickets are sold subject to TEDxHousesofParliament’s right to make any alterations to the programme.
1.6. If the event has to be interrupted or abandoned no money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place.
1.7. Tickets are not transferable.
1.8. Like all TED events there is no reserved seating
1.9. Latecomers will not be admitted to the event until a suitable break or interval.
1.10. The use of recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
1.11 All refunds will be made to the original purchaser of the tickets

1.13 You must be 16 or over to attend the event.
1.14 Everyone entering the Houses of Parliament must go through airport style security checks. Please see here for details http://www.parliament.uk/visiting/access/security/
1.15 Ticket holders entering the Houses of Parliament are expected to abide by code of behaviour for public events which can be seen here http://www.parliament.uk/visiting/access/events/
1.16 QEII Conference Centre reserve the right to introduce security checks and items may be subject to search.
1.17 Dogs will not be admitted (except guide dogs).
