What if my teen is nervous about attending?

What’s totally normal! The sessions are designed to be relaxed and pressure-free. There’s no expectation to talk or share unless they want to. I’ll gently encourage each teen at their own pace and help them feel safe and welcome from the moment they arrive.

No, this is a teen-only group so attendees feel comfortable expressing themselves. However, a weekly parent supplement will be shared to help you stay informed and support your teen at home. There is an option to wait on site in a comfortable Area.

What if my teen has additional needs?

Please feel free to contact me to discuss this. I aim to make the workshop inclusive and welcoming. Let’s chat about how I can best support your teen.
