Wayne (http://training4life.me.uk) teaches Chi-Gong on a regular basis at the centre for Branching Out, our Over 55's older adults club.

Moving from a quiet Yorkshire town to the frantic city of London was never going to be easy. Fortunately practising a combination of Chi Gong, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and Reiki helped to bridge the transition and build an organisation that can assist many to achieve and optimise wellbeing, internal calm and strength of character. ‘Our modern culture places great stressors on our lives. Even good stress is still stress and the way we manage it is critical to our overall wellbeing. The effects of stress are both physical and psychological.

Complementary health for the mind and body is a critical alternative for successfully navigating a fast-paced lifestyle which is invigorating and fulfilling.

When the mind, body and spirit are a total functioning unit, we gain confidence and increase our resilience to face today’s world.’

This class will be streamed via Zoom and the link will be sent out roughly one hour before the class starts.
