Learning Aim

To enable learners to understand :-

  • Call handling and telephone etiquette
  • Follow techniques to acquire information when dealing with customers
  • Building a rapport and satisfying customer needs
  • How to use the Phonetic Alphabet
  • How to deal with concerns and complaints from customers

Outcomes

The learner will be able to go back to their workplace and :-

  • Use the appropriate telephone etiquette when answering the telephone
  • Build a rapport and satisfy customer needs quickly and efficiently
  • Use the Phonetic Alphabet to check, clarify and confirm details
  • Deal confidently with concerns and complaints from customers

Different levels of experience and businesses are welcome. Exercises designed to suit all levels/business types.
