Description

How to get ahead in Television Entertainment

For the fresh and talented getting into Television Entertainment can seem a daunting challenge; major broadcasters, independent production companies and Blue Chip training establishments may all offer a way in? But what suits you?

NFTS Head of Television, David G. Croft, will draw on his years of experience as a multi-award winning producer and director of some of the best known entertainment programmes of the last 25 years (Top of the Pops, Crystal Maze, Live Aid and Shooting Stars), to give you top tips on how to break into this highly competitive, yet incredibly rewarding field.

In this interactive Q&A session, David will be joined by a recent, successful graduate of the Directing and Producing Television Entertainment Masters and leading practitioner from the television entertainment industry.

The morning will also include a short welcome from NFTS Director Jon Wardle, funding advice, an opportunity to meet tutors and students and a tour of the BAFTA Award-winning NFTS. It’s a great way to find out what's going on at the heart of our School, and what we could do for your career.

Places are limited, so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
