Telford Mind are working with Telford and Wrekin Council and Enterprise Telford, with the aim to support the bigger picture of mental health awareness and signposting support within the wider Telford and Wrekin business community.
As a manager, you have a responsibility to take care of the wellbeing your staff. This training session will equip managers to have meaningful conversations with staff about wellbeing and instils the knowledge to reduce the impact of work related stress.
You will learn how to identify signs of stress in the workplace and be equipped with strategies to support your staff. You will gain an understanding of how to utilise tools such as wellbeing plans and personal action plans which will create a culture of positive mental health for you and your staff.
This webinar is delivered by Telford Mind Workplace Wellbeing in partnership with Telford and Wrekin Council and Enterprise Telford. This workshop forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support available to small medium enterprises (SME’s) within the Telford and Wrekin area.

- Utilise strategies for talking to staff about mental health

- Understand the importance of boundaries
