Following submission of the SEF/LAIP, Nick and Lee will undertake a desktop review and evaluation of the information provided. This will be followed with an online consultation session with the individual local area. It is suggested that each local area identifies a core group of partners to participate in the remote consultation session e.g. SEND Inclusion Leads, health representatives, Parent Carer Forum representatives (typically those partners that will have co-produced the area’s SEF).
Nick and Lee will provide each area with a set of recommendations to support the partnership’s improvement work.
Finally, in January/February 2026, Nick and Lee will facilitate an in-person follow up regional learning day for all areas.
