An intensive workshop using the sacred arts of YOGA• BELLYDANCE • HOOP DANCE to explore the potential for connecting with our highest lifestate and power in the urban environment.
Hatha Yoga: Yoga unites mind, body and soul. It allows us to connect with our highest purpose whilst bringing presense and awareness to our bodies.
Bellydance: This powerful ancient practice links to birth ritual and temple dance, honouring and harnessing the divine feminine power of creation.
Hoop dance: Entrancing motion to open up the body to connect with our inner rhythm . A key to overcome internal and external obstacles in our lives through awakening flow.

About the teachers:
Saara Luna: Saara is an incredible yoga practicioner, events organiser and artist who trained at Sivananda Meenakshi Ashram, South India. "A beacon of light" - she is now brining yoga and healing arts back to communities across London and beyond. Saara runs Kula Roots, teaching regularly to empower and encourage urban communities to reclaim their innate power within.
Jaya Fire: Jaya Fire is a professional fire dancer, hula hoop dancer and performance artist. She has performed and taught over a wide range of festivals and events internationally. She devotes her life to dance and revers the hula hoop as a powerful tool to enter a lifestate of ecstasy and empowerment.
