Paul Hull leads the PGMOT and as such in his role and also as a former professional rugby player well placed to give a 'Big PIcture' overview of what he is seeing and experiencing.
Nikki ODonnell has been at the top of the womens game now for over 10 years. She will speak to how she has experienced the growth of the game and all that is associated with that from her own perspective.
We will also have a DOR (TBC) joining with us from level 4/5 to speak about what they are seeing in the game at a local level and the challenge of speeding up the game weighed against credible outcomes.
Each main speaker will set up a BIG Question which will then be discussed in smaller break out groups.
The whole day will be fasciliated by the Federation Training Officer and his team of society trianing officers.
