Come along and listen to our customers and hear first hand all of the great results they are achieving and how they are using their data to drive quality improvements across their organisation. Tendable is an award winning organisation and we are keen to bring together like minded health and care workers as a way of driving shared learning and using this to improve our service delivery and product development, firmly putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

10:00– 10:15: Welcome & Opening Remarks

Here from your session’s chair about the Tendable solution and insights across quality assurance and improvement from our health and social care community.

10:15 – 11:15: Becoming an agent of change

In this session the Tendable team will be taking you through how best to engage stakeholders to maximise the impact of your quality improvement program. By identifying the types of stakeholders within your organisations we will be equipping you with the tools and best practice in how to approach and present both your audits and data sets to be drivers of change and improvement.

11:30 – 13:00: Getting the most out of your inputs

Partnership manager Debra Renwick will be leading this session on how we can get the best out of our quality assurance inputs. The focus of this session will be around how an an exemplar team looks and how we can develop a quality assurance approach that replicates that performance across our organisation. From that we will start to ask the question ‘what does best practice look like and how do we use this for ward accreditation schemes?’. A key focus being on how we support you on developing an approach to creating an engaging and insightful audit suite.

14:00 – 14:30: Regional Speaker

Post lunch a guest speaker from your region will join us to speak of their experience with Tendable and how they utilise our solutions and data available to drive quality improvement.

14:30 – 15:30: Making your data count – how to empower staff through data

In this session we want to work with you about how we can best utilise data available to us so that you can make evidence quality improvement. In joint discussion with our attendees, we will be presenting our dashboards and working with you on how to gain insights from data.

15:40 – 16:00: What’s next for Tendable?

Chief Technical Officer Noam Cohen-Brener and Commercial Manager James Daniels will be taking our attendees through the future of Tendable and how we plan to develop our product suite to equip our users with the tools to drive quality improvement. Noam will also be taking us through the exciting future of augmented reality and the art of the possible with machine learning in quality improvement.

16:00– 16:15: Closing Remarks

Closing our day off we will hand back to our chair to round the day off and hold a small Q+A for any questions.
