Learn how to prevent and manage tendonitis through practical exercises and expert advice at our Tendonitis Workshop!

Swift Strength & Fitness has invited movement specialists from Cosh Therapy Rooms to bring you this practical Tendonitus workshop!

Tendonitis can cause inflamation, swelling, stiffness & pain around common areas such as ankles, shoulders, elbows & knees. So if you find yourself in discomfort in any of these areas (esp if you're a keen runner or gym goer) this workshop is for you!

Join us at the Chantry Community & Arts Centre for a hands-on workshop focused on understanding, preventing & managing tendonitis. Learn how to spot early signs & take part in guided exercises to strengthen & protect your tendons.

This interactive session also offers the opportunity to take part in a free screening of current symptoms.
