Welcome to Tension and Trauma Release Exercise TRE® Workshop

Join me for this practical workshop, where you will learn about the benefits of Tension and Trauma Release Exercise® and be introduced to the techniques that can help release tension, stress and trauma from your body.

After a short introduction on TRE®, we will focus on the practical side, where you'll be guided through the simple set of 7 exercises with time at the end to integrate and rest. You will experience first hand how TRE®can promote deep relaxation in your body and bring calm to your nervous system. There are many reported benefits to TRE®; some are noticeable straight away, others come as a result of regular practice.

Whether you are new to this practice or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is suitable for all levels.

Please note: This workshop is not suitable if you are currently pregnant.

If you have had a recent operation, surgery or experienced a serious injury, it is best to allow yourself a minimum of 3 or more months to recover before doing TRE®.

TRE® group workshops might not be suitable for people with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD and serious health conditions or those who find it challenging to self-regulate (unable to calm down when emotionally distressed). Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but do bring water and a small snack for after the workshop.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that you would to a yoga or exercise class.
