Terminating Employment Fairly

In this interactive webinar we will explore the law on unfair dismissal and will consider the ways in which employment can be terminated fairly, including the process which ought to be followed. In particular we will focus on terminating employment on the grounds of conduct, capability and/or for some other substantial reason.
