This half day seminar available in London on Saturday 2nd April, 2011 will include:
- Information on how to write a good personal statement, application form or CV
- Guidance on how to succeed at the interview stage
- Advice on how to write an Executive Summary
The three 45 minute sessions will each be led by an education professional with experience of advising teachers how to find and win teaching posts.
TheoGriff, the TES Careers Forum Expert, will lead one session in both the morning and the afternoon. The other sessions will be presented by Helen Beckett.
£55 including VAT and registration fee

Beyond the first year - registration at 10am seminar ends at 1pm
NQTs and the First Year - registration at 2pm - seminar ends at 5pm

TheoGriff - With nearly 40 years of teaching under his belt, many years as the head of a large HMC independent school and nearly 20 years in senior management, TheoGriff draws on a wealth of experience on all aspects of job seeking and does consultancy for schools looking to appoint Senior Leaders.
Helen Beckett: With over 20 years' experience as a journalist and editor, Helen has written extensively about careers and workplace issues for a variety of publications. Most recently she was careers editor of TES Connect where she helped set up the careers advice clinic for teachers.
