This get-together is for certified and registered or trainee clinical supervisors.
We will spend 60 minutes together on this Thursday evening, to collaboratively enquire and compassionately reflect on our clinical supervision practice. We will journey together and return to our lives knowing that we are not alone in holding safe and creative spaces for our supervisees and their clients and in turn the communities that our supervisees and their clients are in.
On this Thursday evening, we will discuss how we use the Integrative Developmental Model to 'attend to the changes and needs of our supervisees over time and across domains of professional practice, enabling us to provide learning environments that will enhance development.' (Stoltenberg and McNeill)
Your presence will be a blessing.
