Sants's Grotto

Come and visit Santa and his cheeky elves in his NEW grotto at TGR present Christmas Among The Trees. Children will be enchanted by a traditional Christmas Grotto among the trees, meeting Santa, receiving a gift and having a photo opportunity with the big man himself!

Santa's Grotto will be magical and spacious to allow for social distancing. Even though Santa is extraordinary and cannot ever get unwell we need to follow government guidelines as we do not want to end up on the naughty list!

We'd politely request that you remain 1.5m from Santa and the Elves during your visit. All Grown ups and children over the age of 11 MUST wear a facemask during their visit.

We'd also like to ensure all grown ups booking tickets that in the event we have to cancel the grotto due to COVID we will refund all ticket purchases excluding the booking fee.

Please know tickets are non-refundable however you can be assured in these uncertain times that you will receive a full refund (excluding booking fee) if there is any need for TGR to cancel this visit due to COVID 19.

All of Santa's visits are available online. Pre booking only.

The Grotto is open for selected dates in December and times are :-

Weekends and Weekdays - 10am - 6pm, ,

Christmas Eve 10am - 4pm.

(Last slot starts 30 mins before closing)

5th & 6th December 2020

12 &13th December 2020

19th - 24th December 2020

Each 30 minute time slot has the capacity for 6 children (multiple Children in one family will need to purchase tickets individually in the same time slot and max of 3 children per visit).

All Visits - Children must be accompanied by 1 Adult. Max of 2 Adults per visit and from the same household.

Please arrive at Santa's Grotto during your chosen time slot. We aim to ensure that you see Santa within the 30 minutes. If timing on the day becomes an issue, please speak to one of the elves.
