Join us for a 60-minute introductory session to explore the benefits of Qigong, a gentle, mindful movement practice that dates back over 4,000 years, making it two generations older than Tai Chi.
In the first 45 minutes, you’ll be guided through a series of slow, intentional movements combined with focused breathing techniques. Practiced while standing, Qigong is designed to help improve mobility, reduce stress, and support better sleep. The movements can be adapted to suit your ability and experience, making this session accessible for everyone.
The final 15 minutes will be a seated guided meditation to help ground and relax you before returning to your day. Chairs will be available, or you’re welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
