Intermediate classes are targeted towards the enthusiastic home cook who is looking to build on their skills and cookery knowledge and explore methods and techniques in Thai cooking. The session will begin with an introduction to Thai spices, herbs, and the ingredients that will be used throughout the session. We then work together with demonstration and instructions to produce your own dishes:
Who: Whether you’re already well past the stage of making some Thai dishes or just would like to add Thai cuisine in your culinary repertoire.

What is the refund policy?
To request a cancellation you must give written notice either via letter or email to MaiThai Chef. Unless you have received a written acknowledgement from me that I have received your request you can not consider your request delivered. You may only terminate your booking in the circumstances set out below:-
- You may request a change of class dates up to 28 days of the start of the class and I will hapily transfer you to another date, sunject to availability without cost.
- You may request a refund up to 28 days of the start of the class of the start of the class you have booked. Please note that there is an administration and handling charge £30 for class cancellations to offset the costs incurred as follows:
- Most booking for half day classes are made months in advance. Therefore it's often hard for me to resell any places within 28 days of start of class date. If you cancel or change the date within 28 days of start of your class and I am unable to resell your place in the time remaining, you will forfeit any class fees which associated with your booking.
