Thai Feast with The Edible Flower

Join us at Indie Fude in Comber on Friday 21 April or Saturday 22 April as we cook up a Thai feast, one of our all time favourite cuisines.
We’ve spent lots of time travelling and cooking and learning in Thailand, including an amazing week long cooking course in the beautiful Northern Thai city of Chiang Mai. We will be bringing some of our favourite dishes to this supper club, from the spicy salads of Northern Thailand to the coconutty seafood curries of the Southern coastline. We’ll be sharing some of our travel stories, cooking tips and of course delicious dishes.
The menu will be inspired by the clean, aromatic, fresh and spicy flavours of Thailand and some of the gorgeous artisanal Irish products that Johnny sells at Indie Fude. We’ll be matching a few of the courses with a taste of craft beers and chatting about Mexican food, beer and brewing.
Thai Fishcakes with Coriander & Lime Yoghurt and Pickled Cucumber

The drinks: This event is BYO. Please bring a bottle (or more) of your favourite tipple. A welcome cocktail will be provided plus a small taste of craft beer matched with a few of the courses.

The place: Indie Fude, The Courtyard, 5a High Street, Comber, BT23 5HJ
The cost: £32 per person (plus a £2.57 booking fee), for a five course tasting menu.
