The evening, hosted by our College Principal, will feature an exclusive menu designed by Frank Costantino, Dean of the School of Hospitality Management at the Culinary Institute of New York at Monroe College, and Gary Maclean, Scotland’s National Chef. Their creations will be brought to life with the talent and dedication of our professional cookery and hospitality students.
