That SATURDAY Animation & Film Club 9-14/16yrs

"That Saturday Animation Thingy runs usually on the SECOND Saturday morning of most months for children with ASD conditions, ages 9 - 14/16yrs" (sometimes we move to another week if the studio has had to close)

A two hour session most months from 10:00am to 12:00pm to introduce Stop-motion Animation and film-making including performance, editing and prop-making.

Each session you will have the chance to work in a small group or on a solo project using industry standard stop motion animation software, editing and special FX software. We use DSLR camera’s and i-pads and lots of other gadgets and gizmo’s which make Animation and filming fun.

You could create your own little stop-motion animation or join in with others to star in a mini film all to be later viewed on Youtube. We also dabble into other Media too such as Art and prop making, Green screening, filming, editing and beginner games development and design.

These workshops are Autism/ADHD Friendly with a small group of 8 or less. Places are limited and children not already known to the studio may be invited for a pre-visit to the studio before the event.

Pre-registration & Booking is required for this event. Price £32 per person. Tickets available via Eventbrite (fee payable) or on Eventbrite invoice only or via our website. Booking a ticket will not automatically reserve your place if your child is not known to the studio please contact us directly before booking. Thank you.
