A lot of drivers and employers will automatically say that they know everything about these matters, but they remain the most common issues where drivers and employers flout the law and can have a massive effect on motor insurance policies. Unfortunately, they can also lead to serious, sometimes fatal, consequences for those involved.

So, who is responsible while driving at work? The employee or the employer? The session will take you 'back to basics' about your driving knowledge and will ask and answer questions about your clients driving policies, the law, penalties and consequences. The knowledge you gain will allow you to influence and change clients behaviour towards driving and managing driving at work.

It will also highlight one very important question if your clients decide to do nothing - 'Could they live with it?'

Charlotte specialises in Criminal & Regulatory matters and leads the national Criminal Motor Defence team at DAC Beachcroft, which is part of a specialist national team of lawyers providing criminal representation.
