The 12 Virtues of Soulful Leadership

We are always leading someone somewhere. Be it in a conversation with our words, the behaviours we exemplify or in a boardroom with the decisions we make, we are all graced with the potential to be leaders. But just as in nature, if the better version of ourselves is not nurtured and our finer qualities are not brought to light, then they can lay dormant and even atrophy, repressing all possibility of reaching our fullest expression.

This is why decades of valorising the masculine over the feminine, prioritising doing over being, and holding the intellect as the superior power have left women everywhere disempowered and men ignoring the importance of embodying feminine qualities as a critical leadership capacity.

Thus, depriving the world of the power and grace of feminine intelligence and the potency of soul qualities. However, we know that our way of ‘being’ speaks just as loudly as our words, that soul and body hold wisdom too and that for true leadership to arise, we need to restore integrity to our human system and psyche by developing the finer qualities of the feminine.

To meet this challenge, I have created The 12 Virtues of Soulful Leadership, a 12-week journey to discover who you truly are and what is possible when you live as your true and authentic self.

Rather than character traits to be acquired, the 12 Virtues are a dynamic and living practice that we can undertake to access the finest expression of our humanity as the foundation of the new leadership that is needed at this time.

Each week we will engage in a rich dialogue, and be in the living practice of each virtue to nurture the inner transformation needed at this time. Throughout the sessions we will bring grace, build resourcefulness and resilience, and restore a deep sense of grounded presence.

Together we will nurture the necessary virtues for soulful leadership, rediscovering why since ancient times spiritualists, philosophers, poets and storytellers alike have referred to the soul as ‘feminine’ and in the feminine pronoun ‘she’. Join me in this series to co-create a sacred container to do this work, heal and emerge renewed.
