Description

The 2016 Baron de Lancey Lecture on Medical Law takes place on Friday 5 February 2016 in Lecture Theatre LG 18 at the Faculty of Law.

James Badenoch QC, counsel for the successful appellant in Montgomery v Lanarkshire Health Board [2015] UKSC 11 will deliver the lecture, titled 'Montgomery: a dramatic change in the law on patient consent?’

The lecture will begin promptly at 5:00pm so please arrive in a timely fashion as we expect the event to be heavily subscribed.

The lecture will be followed by Q&A and a drinks reception.
