About this event

The Living Wage Foundation is delighted to invite you to The 2021 Living Wage Champion Awards to celebrate the individuals and organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to the Living Wage movement.

This year, things may look a little different as we take our ceremony online, but we still encourage you to put on your glad rags. The ceremony will be hosted well-known Saxophonist and Broadcaster YolanDa Brown who shares a passion for the Living Wage in her role as Chair of Living Wage Employer Youth Music.

This 2021 awards also coincide with 20 years of the Living Wage campaign and 10 years of the Living Wage Foundation - another reason to come together and raise a glass to celebrate these huge milestones!

The Living Wage Champion Awards have been open to all accredited Living Wage Employers, Recognised Service Providers, Friendly Funders, and individuals who have gone above and beyond to champion the real Living Wage. (Please note the application process has now closed and we'll be announcing winners at the ceremony.)

We wanted to thank those who submitted a nomination to our Champion Awards, and we hope you are able to join us for the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 16 June, at 6pm when the winners will be announced.

The Living Wage Foundation is the organisation at the heart of the independent movement of businesses and people that campaign for the idea that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. We celebrate and recognise the leadership of responsible employers who choose to go further and pay a real Living Wage based on the cost of living, not just the government minimum.
