About this event

Following the success of our first two Games Night events, the Streamcast is bringing that vibe the first Thursday of every month!

Join us for our third ever Games Night; this time we'll be hosting a casual Uno Knockout Tournament!

If you're tired of experiencing toxicity online, you don't have the time or capacity to get your game on at home or you're just looking to make some friends in person, come on down to Zombie Games Cafe in Cricklewood.

There will be more of these in the future where we will give away prizes, allow you to vote on themed-nights and maybe we'll host a tournament one of these nights!

Allow us to be Your Third Place, let your hair down and forget about the stresses of the world for a few hours.

DISCLAIMER: Please note we may be filming/taking photo/video footage during the event and will be looking to capture candid/emotional moments for promotional purposes. If you have any issues at all with the potential of being captured in photo or video form, please get in contact with us ASAP via StreamcastTeam@gmail.com.

Frequently asked questions

All attendees must be at least `18, as this venue serves alcohol and this is intended for adults to build connections outside of work, church, etc.

How do I get to the venue?

You can either get the Jubilee line to Kilburn and walk 10 mins or get either the 16, 32, 189 or 316 to Skardu Road. Alternatively, you can get off at Cricklewood station and either walk 12 minutes or get the above buses to the above stop.

Is nearby parking available?

Yes, paid parking facilities are available nearby.

Which games/consoles are available to play at the venue?

There are a ton! There is a range of consoles from arcade machines featuring classic Street Fighter titles to PS2s, Xboxes, PS4s and of course, the Nintendo Switch. If you have any queries regarding games and/or consoles, please get in touch with StreamcastTeam@gmail.com

I don't want to compete in Uno, can I still attend?

Yes of course! There will be tons of other games available, both video games and board games. Just make sure to pick "no" when asked if you wish to compete in the Uno tournament.

Which rules will we be playing with?

Of course, same number or colour is valid. +4s can be played on +2s and vice versa. 'Runs' are valid e.g. A red "5, 6, 7" can be played on a red card or any 5. You can finish on a power card for the sake of time.

What rules will we be playing with (Part 2)? i.e. How will the rounds work?

Players will be placed onto tables randomly. The first two players to finish from each table will progress to the 'final table', everyone else will be automatically eliminated. From the 'final table', the last player to finish will be eliminated in each round.

What time will games start? i.e. What's the latest I can arrive?

Uno games will start shortly after 7.30pm, do your best to aim for 7. We will call out your name three times and if you are not present, you will automatically be disqualified.

Organized by

We create events to help bridge the gap between gaming and the community that often feels marginilised by it. We host events that not only promotes play in safe spaces (banters fine but you have to know limits and devoid of any sort of abuse to any other player) and routes into the industry by developing the right skills and tools in order to impress potential recruiters.

Tournaments are our bread and butter so watch this space for more.
