About the speaker

Sheila Starr is an experienced coach and trainer committed to helping people unlock their potential so that they can have successful careers.

She left school at 16 with little in the way of qualifications but was ambitious and overcame self-doubt and other people's opinions to have a successful career. Having worked in the corporate world for 34 years in several different industries and climbed the ladder to senior leadership positions she has an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced. She has developed strategies and techniques that empower people to grow in confidence, develop their skills and progress to top-level jobs.

Sheila is passionate about helping women unlock their potential helping them work on mindset issues and limiting beliefs. She helps women understand what is holding them back and how to reframe these issues to perform better in the workplace.

Sheila has helped many women to overcome challenges, improve their performance, and achieve their goals. She has a wealth of experience and demonstrates a no-nonsense, down-to-earth and fun approach.
