The 5AM Fitness Boot Camp Club (45 Minutes)

This is a Boot Camp for people that are short of time, but still want to keep fit, Just turn up with your water bottle and suitable exercise kit and you can join in. All fitness levels welcome, I can adapt any exercise to your ability so no worries there. Why not give the 5 AM Boot Camp a go and start your day the positive way.
