The 6th Annual Gathering of Arts Communities in Lancaster District (2019)
Event Information
Description
You are invited to join us for the 6th Annual Gathering of the Arts communities in Lancaster District on Wednesday, November 27th from 6.00pm - approx 8.30pm at More Music in Morecambe. We will be open from 6pm for a 6.30pm start. We expect to run till 8pm/8.30pm but there may be additional time after for networking).
In 2013, the Lancaster Arts Partners established 20:20 Vision, a 7-year framework document for arts activity in the area. And every year since we have gathered together the arts communities in our district, from individual practitioners to large organisations, for an enjoyable, informal evening in which we review the year gone by and look ahead to the year coming.
The Annual Gathering is a great opportunity to get involved, meet other artists, enjoy a live performance, network with representatives from larger organisations and stakeholder bodies and review how we are matching up to the ambitions set out in 20:20 Vision. This year, as 2020 approaches, we will be reflecting on the 6 years to date, and considering how best we frame the next vision of arts provision in the District.
Put Nov 27th in your diary now and join us.
Please feel free to share this event with anyone involved in the arts locally whom you think may be interested.
