Being a leader is no easy task!

Effective leaders model a path that others can follow. If you are to be an effective leader, recognition of your own, as well as the needs of those who interact with and follow you, is important for success. Join Jacqueline, a development and leadership coach and Managing Director of DALE Coaching Ltd for this new and exciting workshop series.

Jacqueline is a development and leadership coach and Managing Director of DALE Coaching Ltd.

Jacqueline’s work with entrepreneurs and leaders covers a wide range of sectors, from baby care to travel experience providers. Her focus is the development of leaders’ potential and scope. She uses her expertise as a platform to help individuals tap into their personal authority, as they make decisions that will enhance their leadership capabilities, and effect lasting change whether in personal, corporate or social spheres.

Her approach, developed over many years of working in adult education and development, breaks down complex ideas and approaches making them accessible to all. She sees her role as that of a facilitator, enabling her clients to honour the bank of knowledge and experience they already possess, as they extend their horizons.

With Jacqueline’s support and expertise they successfully cross the chasm between current and required knowledge and leadership skills. This ethos ensures that clients are empowered to recognise, create and take advantage of enhancement opportunities for themselves. Client successes have included launch of a teachers’ resource centre, growth of a travel experience business and its operations, international corporate sponsorship for a sports academy.
