Professor Dr. Zafar Ahmad is the Principal of Hailey College of Commerce at the University of the Punjab — one of Asia’s oldest institutions of business education. He holds a PhD in Commerce with a specialisation in performance management and brings over 25 years of academic and administrative leadership experience. A prolific scholar and respected global speaker, Prof. Ahmad is recognised as an authority in performance management for educational and not-for-profit organizations.

Under his leadership, Hailey College has seen significant revenue growth, curriculum innovation, and international collaborations with ACCA, ICAP, ICMA, and LCCI.
