Overview

Monthly small group with a short wellbeing/ADHD tip to start. Relaxed chat and connection, games, conversation prompts & fidgets available.

Are you an ADHDer or identify as an ADHDer? Would you like to meet others who "get it"?

Come to The ADHD Café!

Despite the name, this isn't a public café - we meet in a quiet counselling room set up for comfort, with tea, coffee and treats provided.

  • Relaxed chat and connection
  • Short ADHD or wellbeing tip to start
  • Games, conversation prompts & fidget tools available if you'd like them
  • Small social group (4 - 10 people)

About Louise

I'm Louise - a counsellor and late-diagnosed AuDHDer. I know how important it is to find spaces where we feel accepted and don't have to explain. That's why I started The ADHD Café.
