Empowering Professionals to Navigate and Leverage AI Ethically
Become part of the movement to strengthen Ethical AI literacy and develop the ability to make responsible, informed, and effective choices in the era of Artificial Intelligence. This session continues our exploration of how to promote innovation while ensuring AI systems deliver value ethically and compliantly.
25th November 2025 – The AI Paradox: Are We Building Our Own Obsolescence? - The Human Replacement Question
Tackle one of today’s most pressing debates: Will AI displace human employees, and what does ethical AI implementation really look like across organisations?
This session goes beyond alarmist narratives to explore practical, real-world scenarios where human-AI collaboration creates augmentation, not replacement.
We will:
· examine real world scenarios of effective human-AI partnerships,
· discuss the potentials and ethical implications,
· discover how to determine which functions should and more importantly shouldn't be automated,
· and build guidelines for managing evolution.
Ideal for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and developers designing or implementing AI systems that impact jobs, culture, and livelihoods.
